Sleeping Beauties Castle in Disneyland

Navigating your way around Disneyland or Disney World is something that is broadly discussed online. After all, when you arrive, you want to make the most of your time enjoying yourself at the parks! So, before you grab your Esta and hop on the next flight, here’s what you need to know!

Pack Light

When travelling around the Disney parks, you want to make the most of the fun and excitement of the fun that is to be had during your stay. Instead of carrying a big, heavy backpack throughout the duration of your stay, it’s a good idea to use a smaller, more user-friendly bag to help ensure that your arms and back don’t ache. Plus, when hopping on and off of various bags, the chances are that you will be required to leave your bag at the side of the attraction. While Disney parks are incredibly safe and well-monitored, you can never be too careful!

Wake Up Calls

Although this may not seem like a top tip for those that like a lie in, the wakeup call is the perfect addition to your overall Disney experience. When staying in the hotel, you can start with a wakeup call from a different Disney character each day. This will not only complete the experience for your child but getting up that little bit earlier can also help you beat the queues!

Fast Passes

Although this may seem like an expensive option, fast passes are worth any penny. This is especially true when travelling with little ones. Fast passes allow you to skip the queues for some of the more popular rides throughout the arks and help to speed up the process. This is a great choice if you are looking to travel to multiple parks all in one day as time spent waiting in line can limit how much you are able to see during the course of the day.

Use Weekdays Where Possible

When looking to plan your trip, it may be beneficial to arrange your trip during the week. This is due to a large number of people using the weekends to take the kids to Disneyland after a busy week at school or to make the most of the school holidays. Not only will the lines be smaller and the tickets be cheaper, but you can also ensure that you have the right amount of time to travel around as many of the parks as possible and have a memorable experience.

With all this in mind, there are plenty of you can navigate the happiest place on earth to get the most out of the trip for you and your family and ensure that you have a holiday to remember no matter the time of year that you visit. Enjoy!
